GALECA: The Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics have announced the winners of its 14th Annual Dorian TV Awards. Showtime’s hit series Yellowjackets, a time-jumping thriller/drama, landed Best TV Drama, with star Melanie Lynskey landing Best TV Performance. Abbott Elementary, ABC’s critical darling about an underfunded public school in Philadelphia won Best TV Comedy. Netflix’s Heartstopper, a touching coming-of-age series that follows a group of mostly-queer friends, earned the title of Best LGBTQ TV Show.

Other television series winners include HBO’s Euphoria for Most Visually Striking TV Show, Peacock’s hilarious Girls5Eva taking home Campiest TV Show, Bob’s Burgers for Best Animated Show, and the international phenomenon known as Netflix’s Squid Game was named Best Non-English Language TV Show.
