The first trailer for the upcoming Scream reboot has been released. It features legacy characters such as Neve Campbell’s Sidney Prescott, Courteney Cox’s Gale Weathers, and David Arquette’s Dewey Riley reuniting in the wake of a series of attacks committed by an all-new Ghostface. New cast members include Jenna Ortega (You), Jack Quaid (The Boys), Mason Gooding (Love, Victor), and Dylan Minnette (13 Reasons Why).
The trailer is everything we could want, a tease of everything yet to come. It has been long-rumored that one of the original legacy characters would die in this new installment of the film franchise and a brief scene of someone holding Gale back could indicate Deputy Dewey’s days are numbered.
