Our first official trailer for Scream 6 gives us a glimpse of what a Sidney-less entry to the franchise looks like. While there’s a lot of good things here –like Ghostface’s apparent trophy room, the return of Hayden Panettiere’s Kirby from Scream 4, and Gale getting her first creepy phone call– there’s also some not so great things. The killing of random bystanders just for the sake of upping a film’s kill count didn’t do anything for Halloween Kills, and it looks like we might be seeing the same effect here.
