Wakanda Forever, the sequel to 2018’s Black Panther, is easily one of the most anticipated MCU films of all time. The cultural impact of the original film, along with the stunning performance of leading man Chadwick Boseman, shows no sign of fading with box office sales projected to be record-breaking numbers.

Now, a local non-profit is helping to make sure that everyone gets a chance to experience the movie. A Place Called Home –an organization supports arts, education, and wellness for young people in South Central Los Angeles– is sponsoring a screening of Wakanda Forever that will be free to kids and families in the community.

The event will take place on November 12, 2022 from noon until 4pm at the Alamo Drafthouse in downtown Los Angeles. Food and drinks will be provided before the movie starts, with more surprises in store for attendees.
