GALECA, The Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics, announced its nominees for the 14th annual Dorian TV Awards earlier this week. The nominees include actors and television series from many of this years’ high-profile LGBTQ projects, including HBO Max’s Hacks, HBO’s Euphoria, Netflix’s Heartstopper, and Showtime’s Yellowjackets.

Leading the pack is HBO and HBO Max, with an impressive total of 37 nominations, with Netflix landing 15 category nods. Categories include classic titles such as Best TV Drama and Comedy, as well as categories a bit outside of the box, including Best Unsung Show and the inaugural “You Deserve an Award!” Award (with queer icons such as Gillian Anderson, Lynda Carter, and Kim Cattrall listed as nominees).

GALECA is an international network of nearly 400 professional critics and entertainment reporters who strive to highlight LGBTQ content from various platforms, networks, and streaming services.
